COPPER-LABELED VOLTAMMETRIC IMMUNOSENSOR FOR CARBARYL DETECTION

چکیده

A hapten-protein conjugate for determining carbaryl using copper nanoparticles was first synthesized in the present work. The were used as electrochemical labels direct solid-phase competitive analysis of residues flour from some crops. Copper stabilized by chitosan and a with UV/VIS - spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering are characterized. To form recognition receptor layer monoclonal antibodies against on surface gold-graphite electrode, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide 1-hydroxy-2,5-pyrrolidinedione found to be best covalent cross-linkers. When selection immunosensor conditions, working dilutions selected detect carbaryl. effect ethyl alcohol performance determination evaluated. specificity developed investigated testing structurally related compounds; results did not exceed 7%. can highly sensitive samples detection limit 0.08 ?g /kg within range detectable contents 0.8-32.3 ?g/kg.
